It's not about being told what to eat, it's about eating what you like!! Instead of taking away dull foods from your diet, start by adding some colorful food. A wise woman once said, don't give a woman a fish, teach a woman to fish. So don't take it as instruction, take it as a inspiration. Add your own twist to it:)
Smoothie bowls are the best. There’s not a time of day when you can’t have one. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack…they do it all. From greens to protein, bowls are a great way to get in extra nutrients for the day depending on what you need.
Sometimes you need clean and refreshing, sometimes it's peanut butter and filling, another day it might be body building hour. It's 5:00 somewhere. Drink that smoothie. Do it whenever you want gosh dang it because you're in charge!!!
Everything is subjective. There's no "right" way to approach making meals without knowing yourself. And I don't know you. Well maybe I do. But not better than you know you. What do you like?! Eating colorful shouldn't be restrictive!! Find what you can eat and eat it because plants are delicious. Here's some things I like. But I felt weird writing down recipes because you this is here to inspire you! Not to instruct you. Change it up however you like. I think I include avocado in just about every meal because we are best friends. But your best friend might be potatoes. Find your friends in the midst of mine.

the energy bar of all energy bars! Shout out to our homies at Rickaroons!! These are nutrient dense lil hockey puck lookin coconut shreddin low glycemic yummies. All good ingredients (theres like 5). Fuel your workout, replenish your losses, or by gosh put some coconut milk ice cream in between one of those bad boys and make yourself an ice cream sandwich. heck ya go Rickaroons. all the time.

PACKED with probiotics for a healthy gut! drink these guys to break down any extra food you got in yo belly. makes you feel refreshed and just terrifically detoxed. some people think it tastes like vinegar. but we like it and I don't like to drink straight vinegar hehehe. could be acquired taste. idk lmk
okay yeah so you got to have it. Eat what you crave! Look for colorful ingredients to keep you smilin. Stay away from processed desserts and find a whole new world in health conscious dessert. Healthy doesn't have to mean gross!!!
