Everything is subjective. There's no "right" way to approach making meals without knowing yourself. And I don't know you. Well maybe I do. But not better than you know you. What do you like?! Eating colorful shouldn't be restrictive!! Find what you can eat and eat it because plants are delicious. Here's some things I like. But I felt weird writing down recipes because you this is here to inspire you! Not to instruct you. Change it up however you like. I think I include avocado in just about every meal because we are best friends. But your best friend might be potatoes. Find your friends in the midst of mine.

Fuel your workout, replenish your losses, or by gosh put some coconut milk ice cream in between one of those bad boys and make yourself an ice cream sandwich. heck ya go Rickaroons. all the time. 


 

oooooh the booch. takes all my money. but it's hella good and good for you. PACKED with probiotics for a healthy gut! drink these guys to break down any extra food you got in yo belly. makes you feel refreshed and just terrifically detoxed. some people think it tastes like vinegar. but we like it and I don't like to drink straight vinegar hehehe. could be acquired taste. idk lmk
