walls to the balls

Balls. Make a great quick filling snack so you can keep on keeping on. Make some balls, have a ball. 


 

ingredients

2 cups of oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup nuts

a few squirts of honey or maple syrup

1 cup of chopped medjool dates

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup ish of nut butter

optional:

cacao powder 

protein powder

hemp seeds

cacao nibs, dark chocolate

mulberries 

dried fruit

instructions

chop up all your goodies and roll them together. Probably add the nut butter last. Definitely wash your hands before. Add more nut butter if it's not sticky enough. Add more oats if it's too sticky. Roll into balls and stick in the fridge for 30 minutes or so. Then munch like it's your job.
